What Personal Training at AIM Looks Like
Most gyms hand you a generic plan and a clipboard. At AIM Performance Training in Mentor, Ohio, you get a coach who builds your program around your body, watches your form session by session, and progresses the work over weeks and months. Our credentials are real: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, USAW Sport Performance Coach, CrossFit Level 1, NSCA. Several coaches hold Exercise Science degrees from Bowling Green State University and Lake Erie College. They've coached collegiate athletes, physique competitors, post-surgery returns, women navigating perimenopause and postpartum, and complete beginners.
What that means for you: programs that meet you where you are, coaching that reduces injury risk, and accountability from someone who knows your name, your goals, and what you did last session.

Personal Training FAQ
How are sessions structured?
Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Your coach builds a written program based on the intake, then runs you through it in-person, coaching form, adjusting load, and progressing the work over weeks and months.
Do I need a gym membership too?
A membership isn't required — your training sessions include facility access for the time you're with your coach. That said, many clients add a membership so they can train on their own between sessions, and bundling personal training with a membership unlocks discounted pricing. Reach out for current multi-package discounts.
How much does it cost?
Pricing varies by frequency and package length. Reach out for a free intro session and we'll walk through options.
Do you train teens and high school athletes?
Yes — for every sport. AIM's dedicated teen athlete training track works with football, baseball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, lacrosse, hockey, wrestling, swimming, gymnastics, dance, cheer, track & field, cross country, golf, tennis, and any other Mentor-area high school or club sport.
